I am developing my professional identity as an instructional designer and educator by applying educational technology principles to real learning problems, multimedia design, learner-centered instruction, and web-based learning environments.

My website development background supports my ability to design, publish, and maintain online learning spaces. This e-Portfolio demonstrates my continued growth in organizing digital artifacts and presenting learning projects professionally.

Healthcare and Training Connection

My professional background in healthcare imaging helps me connect instructional design with real workplace training needs, including patient safety, clinical procedures, and performance-based learning.

Future Leadership Goals

My future leadership goal is to continue building skills in instructional design, online learning, multimedia development, and technology-supported instruction. I plan to use these skills to support learners, improve training experiences, and contribute to professional learning environments in healthcare, education, and community settings.
