EDTC-6358 Theory & Practice of E-Learnin
This is the capstone course for the e-Learning Graduate Certificate Program. Students are expected to apply previously learned skills and knowledge to plan and manage an e-learning project in a real-life context.

Part 1: Needs Assessment
In this project you will a real-world instructional problem centered on knowledge acquisition. You will define the learning gap by analyzing what learners currently know versus what they need to know and propose an e-learning solution to address that gap. The deliverable is a 2–4-page paper that outlines the instructional problem, target audience, learning context, and intended learning outcomes, along with a project timeline.
