Introduction:

My name is Fessehaye Yehdego, and I am pursuing a Master of Education in Educational Technology at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV). My professional background includes teaching, information technology, web development, and medical imaging. These experiences have strengthened my interest in designing accessible, practical, and learner-centered educational experiences.

Purpose:

The purpose of this e-portfolio is to document my academic and professional growth throughout the Educational Technology program. It showcases instructional design projects, multimedia learning materials, research, leadership experiences, and reflective practice. The portfolio demonstrates how I apply educational theories and technologies to address authentic learning challenges.

e-Portfolio Organization:

This e-portfolio is organized into six sections: Home, Reflection Letter, Matrix, Courses Taken, Leadership, and Contact. The Reflection Letter summarizes my professional growth, while the Matrix connects selected projects to AECT standards. Course pages provide instructional artifacts, and the Leadership section highlights professional development and educational contributions.
